At Lascade, we are scaling fast and looking for a Growth Marketer who lives and breathes performance-driven growth. If you know how to turn budgets into measurable ROI, analyze numbers like a scientist, and collaborate with content & SEO teams to drive exponential growth, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

Plan, run, and optimize performance ad campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, ASA, etc.) with clear ROI targets.

Dive into Google Analytics, Firebase, and other data tools to track, analyze, and improve funnel performance.

Work closely with content writers, SEO specialists, and designers to align growth campaigns across channels.

Identify new growth opportunities, experiment with strategies, and scale what works.

Monitor KPIs, CAC, LTV, retention, and other key metrics to ensure sustainable growth.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in performance marketing and growth strategies.

Strong analytical skills with comfort in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and similar tools.

Hands-on experience with A / B testing, funnel optimization, and attribution.

Ability to collaborate across SEO, content, and product teams to push growth initiatives forward.

A growth mindset : someone who experiments, learns fast, and scales successful strategies.
