We are seeking a Sales Head - Mobile to lead business growth for the mobile advertising vertical across India and International markets (APAC, MENA, North America, and Europe).
This role demands a strategic thinker with strong relationships in the mobile marketing ecosystem — including agencies, advertisers, and app-based clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving business growth, and leading a team to revenue excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage mobile sales operations for India and International markets (APAC, MENA, North America, and Europe).
- Drive mobile advertising revenue by acquiring and managing direct clients, brands, and agency partnerships.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Identify new opportunities within the mobile ecosystem – including OEMs, app developers, and gaming networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers at agencies and brands.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their performance objectives, app marketing goals, and mobile growth strategies.
- Deliver data-driven insights and campaign strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a regional sales team to achieve revenue goals and professional growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Ad Ops, Programmatic, Marketing, and Product, to deliver seamless campaign execution.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and industry developments in the mobile marketing space.
- Identify gaps and new business opportunities to position DangleAds as a preferred mobile advertising partner.
- Collaborate with the finance and leadership teams to forecast revenue and define growth KPIs.
- Partner with senior leadership to define long-term sales strategies, pricing structures, and go-to-market plans for the mobile business.
- Represent DangleAds at key industry events, forums, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and business credibility.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in a related field. MBA preferred.8–12 years of experience in mobile ad sales .Deep understanding of mobile attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular, etc.).Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.Strong network and relationships within the mobile and digital advertising ecosystem.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and adapt a results-oriented approach.What We Offer :
