Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Performance Marketing to drive and optimize our digital advertising strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in managing Search Engine Marketing (SEM), social media paid campaigns, programmatic buying, and affiliate networks. This role involves handling a significant monthly marketing budget (in the range of millions) and requires a sharp analytical mindset to deliver measurable growth and ROI.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning :
 - Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
 - Plan and allocate budgets across multiple channels, ensuring optimal ROI.
 - Campaign Management :
 - Lead and manage SEM campaigns, including Google Ads and Bing Ads, optimizing for performance metrics.
 - Design and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
 - Oversee programmatic advertising initiatives, ensuring precision targeting and efficiency.
 - Manage and grow affiliate marketing programs, fostering strong partnerships with key networks.
 - Optimization :
 - Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics, such as CTR, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
 - Leverage A / B testing and multivariate testing to enhance creative and ad performance.
 - Data Analysis :
 - Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) to track and report on campaign performance.
 - Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform future strategies.
 - Collaboration :
 - Work closely with the content, creative, and product teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
 - Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
 - Leadership :
 - Build and mentor a high-performing team of marketing professionals.
 - Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, incorporating them into the marketing strategy.
 
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.Proven track record of 7+ years in performance marketing, with hands-on experience in SEM, social media paid campaigns, programmatic buying, and affiliate marketing.Expertise in managing large marketing budgets (millions of dollars) and delivering measurable results.Proficiency in analytics and ad platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and programmatic tools.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.Why Join Us?
