- Lead & mentor D365 CE / Power Platform teams.

- Own end-to-end solution design & architecture.

- Work on Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse & Power Platform.

- Build integrations using Azure (Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps).

- Hands-on with C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript & PCF. Drive best practices, TDD, DevOps & CI/CD.

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform Technical Lead to lead and mentor development teams while owning end-to-end solution design and delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure integrations, along with the ability to drive best practices and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform development teams.

- Own end-to-end solution design, architecture, and technical delivery.

- Design and develop solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.

- Build and maintain integrations using Azure services such as Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and API Management.

- Develop and customize solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF).

- Ensure implementation of best practices, including TDD, code reviews, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure high performance, security, and scalability.

- Support deployments, upgrades, and production issues as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 - 12 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.

- Deep understanding of Dataverse architecture, security, and data modeling.

- Experience with Azure integration patterns and services (Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps).

- Strong coding experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience with PCF controls.

- Solid knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing (TDD).

- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 / Power Platform.

- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

- Exposure to enterprise-scale CRM implementations.
