About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled New Product Development & Designing Executive to join our dynamic team in the printing and packaging sector. This role focuses on end-to-end product design and development, bridging the gap between factory operations, management, sales, and customers to deliver innovative packaging solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a creative professional with strong technical skills, a deep understanding of printing processes, and a proven ability to transform concepts into tangible, high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead new product development from concept to production, ensuring design feasibility and compliance with technical standards.
• Collaborate closely with factory operations, management, customers, and the sales team to align designs with client expectations and production capabilities.
• Create high-quality designs for packaging and print materials using CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator.
• Conduct practical product assessments and make recommendations to improve design, cost efficiency, and quality.
• Support costing and budgeting by collaborating with the finance team using ERP.
• Participate in factory visits and client meetings frequently to monitor production, troubleshoot design challenges, and ensure timely delivery.
