Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Process Executive based in Ahmedabad. The role involves assisting students with all aspects of the admission process, including application review, documentation, and communication with universities. The Admission Process Executive will also provide excellent customer support, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and resolve queries promptly. Coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders will be a key part of daily responsibilities.

• Customer support and service experience, with a focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction
• Solid analytical skills to review admission applications and related documentation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in using technology and educational platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
