Position : Head- Maintenance

Role Purpose : To lead, maintain & improve Company’s Maintenance for maximum equipment availability time with optimum cost, safety & reliability

Roles reports to : Engineering Head

Location : Dahej , Gujarat ( Near Bharuch / Ankleshwar)

Qualification : B.E / B. Tech Mechanical Engineering

Years of experience : 15-20 Years (out of which min. 5 years as HOD of Eng. Services of Chemical Plant

Key Focus Area

To lead Maintenance function of multipurpose chemical plant
To ensure maximum equipment availability time by Reducing cost of maintenance by applying innovative ideas and adhering to preventive maintenance.
To Train employees on the importance of regular, scheduled maintenance and make sure they have the essential tools and time to do their job correctly and efficiently.
Following strictly statutory govt. norms
Documentation & analysis of maintenance activities according to norms, plant equipment function records & analysis
TQM, TPM & advance maintenance practice knowledge & application, automation & AI, system orientation

KSA- Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

To have outstanding skills of multi-tasking, problem solving, and decision-making skills with the

complete difficult assignments in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Taking team together & ability to engage people

Be a strong, hands-on manager with a “get the job done right” attitude

Have computer proficiency in Microsoft office; preventative maintenance software / SAP B1

Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment used in factory (reactors, MSGL reactor, ANF, RVD, Vacuum pumps, Boilers, chilling plant, cooling towers, AHU etc.

Ability to keep track of MIS, meeting & ensure P-D-C-A

Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
