Job descriptionArticulate MatterAI’s value proposition, including code quality, security, and review Conduct discovery calls to understand technical environments, pain points, and Navigate technical objections and align MatterAI’s capabilities with customer Coordinate product demos with internal stakeholders and technical teams Set up collaborative channels (e.g., Slack) to accelerate evaluation and onboarding Manage the full sales cycle from lead engagement to close, meeting weekly and Maintain accurate records of outreach, interactions, and pipeline progression 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or technical business development Proven track record in outbound prospecting via email and phone Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage technical Experience with tools like Apollo, Lusha, Hubspot(or any CRM) Self-starter with high accountability, capable of working autonomously under Experience selling to engineering or product teams in enterprise or startup Basic understanding of software development workflows, version control Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., SOC2, data isolation, OWASP) Exposure to technical sales engineering or solution consulting Opportunity to sell a cutting-edge AI product solving real engineering challenges Competitive compensation with performance incentives Collaborative, high-performance culture with rapid growth potential
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to
drive enterprise adoption of MatterAI. You will identify, engage, and convert engineering
leaders and technical decision-makers at high-growth startups and large organizations. This
role requires a blend of strategic outreach, technical fluency, and consultative selling to
position MatterAI as the essential AI agent for secure, scalable code review.
