    • Job Summary :

    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 6–8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing, act as a SCRUM Master, and possess hands-on experience with Postman and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring successful project delivery.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as a SCRUM Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to agile principles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Create and maintain functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  • Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect management.
  • Use Postman to validate APIs and support integration testing.
  • Work closely with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality assurance.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product owners.
  • Track and report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

    • Mandatory Skills :

  • Proven experience as a SCRUM Master in agile environments.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Proficiency in Postman for API testing and validation.
  • Solid testing background, including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other project management platforms.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes.
  • Familiarity with business process modeling and data analysis.

    • Educational Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
