Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in New Delhi. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing training and support to the sales team, and driving business growth. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, overseeing sales operations, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience and skills in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience and ability in Training and support for sales teams
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Relevant experience in the garment trims and fashion accessories industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
