This program is designed to empower participants with a strong foundation in Japanese language and culture, enabling them to communicate effectively in real-world scenarios.

The role involves teaching the N5 and N4 JLPT curriculum, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, kanji, listening, and reading skills. Interactive online classes are conducted for small batches, ensuring a personalized learning experience.

Delivering conversational Japanese sessions and fostering fluency and cultural understanding among students is a key responsibility. Maintaining consistent quality across sessions while handling multiple batches simultaneously requires strong organizational and time-management skills.

Close collaboration with the Program Director and the JWA academic team is essential to align with student feedback and curriculum progress. Opportunities to be featured on national platforms, reaching thousands of learners, make this role both challenging and rewarding.
