About the Role :
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately captured, analyzed, and translated into effective technical solutions. This role demands a strong mix of analytical thinking, stakeholder management, documentation expertise, and communication skills, along with hands-on experience in managing projects end-to-end under a structured methodology.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage projects in line with internal project management methodologies, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and business alignment.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and challenges, and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, operations, development, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks or dependencies and proactively manage communication and mitigation strategies.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, focus groups, and discussions to gather comprehensive business requirements.
- Analyze and document requirements in clear, concise, and structured formats including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and User Stories.
- Draft detailed functional specifications, process flows, wireframes, and use cases to communicate requirements effectively to development and QA teams.
- Ensure requirements are traceable, testable, and aligned with business goals.
- Manage and track changes to baseline requirements using formal change control and version management processes.
- Evaluate the impact of proposed changes on timelines, scope, and business objectives.
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure updates are reflected across project artefacts.
- Develop a deep understanding of client processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities and automation possibilities.
- Collaborate closely with developers during implementation to ensure accurate translation of requirements into product features.
- Provide support and clarification to QA / test teams during the testing phase to validate that the delivered solution meets business expectations.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test scenarios, reviewing results, and obtaining stakeholder sign-off. Test and validate business solutions to ensure they are aligned with specifications and deliver expected outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date operational documentation, SOPs, process manuals, and project artefacts.
- Prepare and deliver client demos, presentations, and user training sessions to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems or features.
- Create user guides, FAQs, and training materials to support post-implementation activities.
- Monitor post-deployment performance and gather user feedback to inform future releases and refinements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve analysis and project delivery practices.
Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.Hands-on experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with structured frameworks (Agile / Scrum preferred).Ability to understand system architectures, APIs, and data flows to effectively communicate with development teams.Strong logical reasoning and data-driven decision-making capabilities.Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRS, Use Cases, Wireframes, and Process Maps.Exceptional written and verbal communication (9 / 10), with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Figma, Lucidchart, or similar platforms for documentation and workflow visualization.Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :
Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP / CCBA) or Project Management (PMP / Agile).Experience in technology-driven or marketing automation projects.Exposure to data analytics, reporting tools, or CRM systems.Prior experience in client-facing roles within IT, SaaS, or digital transformation projects.Soft Skills :
