Key responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment across all teams, managing freelance partners and supervising junior HR staff. This role also involves identifying bottlenecks in the hiring workflow and implementing process improvements. Additionally, you will conduct performance management cycles and appraisals, develop and implement company-wide HR policies and employee handbooks, maintain statutory compliance and payroll coordination, and address employee grievances.
