Responsibilities :
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customersArticulating the value proposition and helping customers understand how our solutions can solve their business problemsProspecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for our external sales teamCollaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customersMeeting and exceeding key KPIs, including those for outbound calls, meetings booked and conversionRequirements :
You should have at least 2+ years of client facing experience working with US and / or North American customers. Freshers are also welcome.You are OK working from 6 : 30pm to 3 : 30am IST (night shift)Fluent in EnglishResilient with a strong desire to succeed; 100% cold calling means rejection is part of the job, and you need to bounce backCall, nurture, and schedule appointments with cold leads; keep pipeline organizedYou are coachable, open to feedback and mentorshipWhat we offer :
