The Role

You’ll build core systems and lay foundations as we scale. Some examples of the problems we are working on right now are :

Shape a unified dental data model and mapping layer that adapts quickly to new sources while keeping definitions stable across 1->

N integrations.

Design reliable automation with clear correctness guarantees to simplify day‑to‑day operations.

Keep the product fast and reliable as we grow.

What you’ll do

Build and ship end‑to‑end features that add value to our customers.

Develop and maintain the core infrastructure for our data processing systems.

Keep things snappy and reliable as we scale : profile hot paths, tune queries, and add reliability guardrails.

Build systems that scale to thousands of customers with minimal implementation time.

Raise the quality bar : thoughtful tests, code reviews & mentoring peers.

Work closely with Product / Design / Integrations to scope tightly, iterate quickly, and land value.

You’ll thrive here if you have :

2–5 years of building production web apps.

Experience with Databricks / Spark or similar data tooling.

End-to-end pipeline development.

Strong Python fundamentals and solid React skills.

Comfortable writing efficient SQL and reasoning about data correctness.

Ability to design and implement foundational frameworks and features, thinking through edge cases.

A product mindset : you care about UX details, reliability, and measurable outcomes.

Good-to-have :

Experience shaping unified data models across heterogeneous sources.

Healthcare or dental domain familiarity.

A knack for clear data visualization and storytelling.
