Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused F&B Executive to join our team Grand Mercure Mysore in Mysuru, India. As an F&B Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational excellence.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of food and beverage operations across our outlets
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
- Oversee menu planning, pricing, and cost control measures to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Train, mentor, and motivate F&B staff to deliver exceptional service
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create exciting and locally-inspired menu offerings
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in F&B operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Diploma in a related fieldProven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or restaurant settingStrong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, with a focus on local cuisine and dining preferencesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team membersDetail-oriented approach with a keen eye for service quality and presentationAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentDemonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and motivationProficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesFamiliarity with food safety regulations and HACCP principlesExperience in menu planning, cost control, and budgetingFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysProfessional appearance and grooming standardsPassion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving customer satisfactionSkills Required
