Job Description
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization through effective planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage end-to-end financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop financial strategies, analyse trends, and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance metrics.
- Manage budgeting processes and ensure cost control across departments.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax requirements, and internal financial policies.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and regulatory bodies as required.
- Implement and improve financial processes, systems, and internal controls.
- Evaluate financial risks and opportunities to safeguard company assets.
- Support the leadership team with financial modelling, scenario planning, and investment analysis.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA / MBA Finance preferred).
