Job descriptionMap target companies and identify recruiters, HR leaders, and decision makers. Find verified email IDs, LinkedIn profiles, and contact points for outreach. Maintain structured prospect lists and trackers. 1–3 years of experience in content writing, branding, or social media management. Strong command of written English; ability to write sharp, clean content. Proven research skills — LinkedIn, Boolean search, company mapping. Familiarity with email extraction tools & databases. Skilled with Google Sheets / Excel; comfortable with CRM-style tracking. Bonus : Exposure to recruitment ecosystem / HR hiring processes. A storyteller with a curiosity-driven research mindset. Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented. Able to manage content + outreach responsibilities in parallel. Comfortable in a fast-paced remote work environment. Growth-oriented + open to experimenting with content styles. Full-time Remote Monday–Saturday Weekly deliverables & outreach metrics tracked Performance-based growth opportunities available Resume Two writing samples -LinkedIn-style preferred

Job Title : Personal Branding & Talent Research Specialist
Location : Remote (Full-time)
Salary : ₹20,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and research-driven professional who can build and strengthen personal branding through content, while simultaneously supporting recruitment outreach by identifying relevant recruiters, hiring managers, and decision-makers across target companies.
This role blends content writing + brand positioning + talent research , ideal for someone who loves writing and is equally strong with research, networking, and data digging.
Key Responsibilities
📝 Content & Personal Branding
- Write compelling LinkedIn posts, articles, and content calendars for clients.
- Create brand narratives, thought leadership content, and authority-building messaging.
- Draft outreach messaging, email scripts, and LinkedIn connection notes.
- Repurpose content for visibility, reach, and engagement.
- Maintain tone consistency across all communication touchpoints.
