Team Management To be able to understand the requirements and propose solutions To conduct due diligence for converting new opportunities To be able to independently identify root cause for the recurring incidents and propose permanent solution To be able to effectively and appropriately communicate to senior organization, both verbally and nonverbally Good interpersonal skills to work with team members.

TCS is looking for SAP PLM Functional Consultant
Experience : 6-12 years
Location : Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore
Required Technical Skill Set : Candidate should have good Functional Knowledge in SAP PLM – process manufacturing (Recipe Development)
Must have skills :
- Full project implementation experience of at least 3 SAP PLM projects
- Experience in the areas Recipe Management, Specification Management, label Management, Document Management Systems (DMS), Engineering Change Management
- BOM, ECM and Classification
- Experience in configuring of these SAP PLM Recipe Development modules
- MS Office expertise, Technical Documentation like preparing functional design document
- Cross-functional knowledge of Integration between SAP and Non SAP systems
- Exposure to Application Management Support process like Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management
- Good written & verbal communication, presentation skills
