Job description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Metro Connectivity

  • Enhancing Metro connectivity to IGI Airport - Preparation of Action Plan
  • Improvement of existing Aero Express line; Execution of T1 Metro
  • Extension of Metro Line from Sector 21 Metro Station to Gurgaon; Planning new lines for expansion and improving Metro connectivity

Airport Master Plan

  • Revision of Airport Master plan - Landside and Ground Access
  • Data collection
  • situation analysis; Data analysis report; Development of Transport model / Demand Forecast; Landside proposals and layouts

    • Commercial Land Parcel development

  • Master plan of Traffic circulation master plan for CPD land parcels
  • Land Use break up of each commercial land parcel; Traffic Generation and Circulation requirement; Finalizing Circulation Plan

    • Development of Cargo city

  • Improvement of Traffic circulation for Cargo area
  • Data Collection, Analysis and Forecast; Situation Analysis; Development of proposals covering Circulation Plans and parking layouts

    • Integration of Bijwasan Station, ISBT and other Transit Oriented Development (TOD) facilities in the west with IGIA

  • Safeguard interests of the Airport
  • Highlight; Explore the possibility of pedestrian connection from the west
  • Solutions to problems on NH 8, Shiv Murti Junction and Dwarka Link Road;

    15+ years of relevant work experience (after completion of PG Degree) in handling projects with respect to roads, highways, expressways, bypasses, metro rail, BRTS, airports, bridges, ROBs, truck terminals, station areas, transport hubs, multi-level car parks, SEZ, ports etc
