Logistics and Supply Chain Executive

• Coordinate onboarding of new warehouses and ensure compliance with standards.
• Monitor warehouse performance : inventory accuracy, storage, and dispatch.
• Collaborate with partners / vendors to integrate logistics systems.
• Maintain documentation and streamline partner communication.
• Oversee the complete order lifecycle from placement to delivery.
• Ensure accurate order processing, packaging, and timely dispatch.
• Address customer complaints and delivery issues promptly.
• Track and analyze KPIs : fulfillment rates, lead times, costs, and accuracy.
• Generate reports and recommend supply chain improvements.
• Liaise with procurement, sales, customer service, and logistics partners.
• Maintain updated records and share status updates with stakeholders.
