Job description

Works closely with business leaders and be an integral part of the leadership team.

Providing support that is aligned with business and HR strategy that enables seamless high performance.

Designing, implementing and managing the Reward Recognition Program.

Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, and increase productivity.

Ensures that the new joiners have the best onboarding experience.

Owns manages the new joiners induction training for the business function.

Creates learning and development programs for employees.

Host events for the employees to keep the workplace fun and engaging.

Ensuring all employee grievances are closed within a specified time frame.
