We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

QA Automation Engineer

with a strong background in automation testing tools such as

TestComplete ,

Tosca , or

Selenium . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and test suites.

Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand application features and create comprehensive test strategies.

Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify defects and ensure product quality.

Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines.

Maintain and enhance existing automation scripts and frameworks.

Document test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum

7 years of experience

in QA Automation.

Strong expertise in

TestComplete ,

Tosca , or

Selenium

(at least one is mandatory).

Proficiency in scripting languages such as

Java ,

Python , or

VBScript .

Experience with test management tools like

JIRA ,

TestRail , or similar.

Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.

Familiarity with CI / CD tools such as

Jenkins ,

Git , or

Azure DevOps .

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
