We are looking for an accomplished design professional to lead our

Bangalore

studio with a focus on

Design & Build

projects – designed by SWBI and built by Ambience. This senior leadership role carries

end-to-end ownership,

including

studio revenue & cost oversight, business development, client engagement, and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility combined with strategic and commercial acumen to drive both creative excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership & studio performance.
• Drive business profitability through new client acquisition, RFPs, and design pitches.
• Generate new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
• Lead the creative direction and ensure high-quality design output.
• Hire, mentor, and lead teams.
• Work closely with Ambience Interiors.
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams at Gurgaon office.

Requirements

15–18 years of experience

in Corporate Interior design with proven studio leadership.
