Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering (B.Tech in Chemical / Mechanical / Mining / Petroleum) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Interest in SaaS products, AI solutions, or industrial technologies is a plus. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success Intern who is passionate about technology, problem-solving, and delivering value to customers. This role offers hands-on exposure to client engagement, product adoption strategies, and real-world problem-solving in industrial AI..
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation of customer documentation, guides, and training material.
- Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify trends, adoption patterns, and potential issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to relay customer insights and suggest improvements.
- Participate in customer review calls and prepare meeting summaries / reports.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving retention, upselling opportunities, and customer satisfaction.
