We're assembling a high-energy team of builders, and we're looking for a Growth Manager who can help us scale rapidly while keeping users engaged and converting.

Role Overview

As the App Growth Manager, you will lead the acquisition, retention, and monetization strategy for our financial services app. You'll own user growth end-to-end : building funnels, running performance and lifecycle campaigns, optimizing app store presence, experimenting with onboarding, and driving usage through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

User Acquisition

• Own and optimize all paid and organic acquisition channels (Meta, Google, affiliates, OEMs, app stores, etc.)
• Design and execute performance marketing campaigns with a sharp focus on CAC and ROI
• Build referral, influencer, and partnership-led growth loops
