- Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic platforms
- Lead media strategy, audience segmentation, funnel mapping, performance optimization, and reporting
- Build and manage media plans for branding, awareness, and conversion-led campaigns
- Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to ensure creative and media alignment
- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of performance marketers and digital media executives
- Oversee and liaise with external vendors and media agencies (if applicable)
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging digital tools
