Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain healthy relationship with critical customer contacts
• Understand customers’ business challenges and support them through company offerings
• Help customer adopt company offerings and be the customer advocate within company
• Create value for customers by ensuring they clearly define business outcomes and then build a “success plan” with the appropriately identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks and metrics needed to achieve them.
• Maintain a data driven approach to problem solving, client engagement and technical project delivery.
• Stay informed with market perspective and client’s feedback to contribute in defining product roadmap
• Engage with stakeholders in the client organization to produce research outcomes and impact metrics
• Develop and steer brand building activities using client stories to strengthen company's position in the market
