Visionqual IT Services is looking for a highly skilled and experienced resource with +10 yrs of Experience  for Product Owner- SAP S / 4HANA (SD / MM / Service / PP / FI), SAP Fiori apps for service / returns .

Location : Offshore India. Can work Remote.

Job description :

• Deep understanding of SAP S / 4HANA modules relevant to Repairs & Exchange (e.g., SD, MM)
• Familiarity with Repair Order Processing, Service Management, and Return / Exchange workflows.
• Awareness of interfaces with 3rd-party systems (e.g., logistics, repair vendors).
• Understanding of IDocs, APIs, and middleware.
• Own the  product vision, roadmap, and release plan  for S / 4HANA Repairs & Exchange (returns, repair orders, refurbishment, warranty and exchanges).
• Translate business objectives into  prioritized product outcomes  and measurable KPIs.
• Run  Fit-to-Standard , gap analysis, and value mapping workshops; advocate  standard-first  solutions while planning extensions when needed.
• Maintain a  clear, value-driven backlog : epic / story definition, acceptance criteria, DoR / DoD.
• Prioritize based on  business value, customer impact, risk, and technical constraints .
• Lead  backlog refinement ,  sprint planning ,  reviews , and  increment demos .
• Approve increments and manage  release readiness  (end-to-end scenarios, data, controls).
• Engage  service operations, warranty teams, logistics, finance, compliance, and IT  to align priorities and resolve trade-offs.
• Communicate product decisions, constraints, and benefits clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive  training, rollout, and adoption
• As the Product Owner for SAP S / 4HANA Repairs & Exchange, you will  shape the future of service operations  by delivering cutting-edge ERP capabilities that enhance customer experience, optimize repair and exchange processes, and reduce operational costs
