Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Manufacturing SaaS Product Manager. The Product Manager will oversee the development and execution of product strategies, work closely with cross-functional teams, and gather and prioritize customer requirements to ensure successful product delivery. Responsibilities include managing the product lifecycle, conducting market research, analyzing competitors, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align product messaging and positioning.

Qualifications

Experience in Product Management, including product lifecycle management, market research, and competitor analysis

Technical knowledge of SaaS platforms, ERP systems, and manufacturing processes

Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage cross-functional teams and prioritize tasks

Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with sales, marketing, and development teams

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction and product improvement

Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus
