We’re hiring SAP Success Factors Employee Central Consultant Professionals to join our growing team in Pune.

Notice Period : Immediate / 30 Days preferred

Location : Pune

Role Overview :

We’re looking for a SAP Success Factors Employee Central Consultant who can :

Review and correct configurations

Perform data migration using templates for EC and Time Off modules

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align tech solutions with strategic goals

Optimize and administer HR systems with ongoing enhancements

Deliver high-value HR tech solutions and process improvements

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s in MIS, HR, or related field (Master’s preferred)

3 years of hands-on experience in SAP Success Factors Employee Central

Strong configuration and data migration expertise

Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Strong understanding of HR tech trends and global HR systems

Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
