Job description
  • Assist the DIA Delivery Director in daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing project status reports.
  • Coordinate and communicate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant materials.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the DIA Delivery Director.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the DIA Delivery Director.
  • Qualifications :

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
    • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or project management role.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Experience with project management tools such as MS Project and Azure DevOps.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Experience working in an Agile development environment
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
