Assist the DIA Delivery Director in daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing project status reports.Coordinate and communicate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other relevant materials.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the DIA Delivery Director.Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.Perform other duties as assigned by the DIA Delivery Director.Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or project management role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
