Tech Lead - Electrical Engineering (6 – 8 years' experience)

Job Description

• Lead the design and development of Electrical wiring  harness
• Extensive design experience of Electrical Schematic and 2D drawing creation
• Drive VA / VE projects to optimize product performance and reduce cost.
• Experience in System Engineering and Engineering change management projects
• Good knowledge of conne ctor inline topology and ground topology
• Expertise in circuit simulation, load calculations, Voltage drop calculations, fault find ings & design solutions for failures
• Implementation of unique requirements for circuits as required to protect the integrity of th e signal (e.g. twisting, shielding, voltage rating, voltage drops, max resistance, specifying insulation type for temperature, dynamics, etc.
• Update harness based on customer inputs, feature list.
• Electrical Component integration
• Collaborate with cross-funct ional teams including engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and quality.
