Intern - Talent Acquisition

Location : Magarpatta City, Pune

Duration : 6 months

Stipend : 15000 / month

Key Responsibilities :

Entry-Level & Fresher Hiring : Assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates for entry-level positions across various functions.

Campus Recruitment :

Collaborate with the team to plan and execute campus hiring drives at various colleges and universities.

Network with placement officers and build relationships with academic institutions.

Coordinate pre-placement talks, written assessments, group discussions, and interviews during campus hiring events.

Maintain a calendar for campus visits and ensure smooth execution of all activities.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals.

Requirements :

Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
