Yoga and Wellness space. We specialize in international yoga retreats, online teacher training

programs, and maintain a growing digital presence. With a global clientele and a strong

wellness-driven mission, we are looking for passionate, dynamic, and driven individuals to

join our growing team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales & Operations Executive who will play a dual role in supporting

retreat / online program operations while also driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is

organized, tech-savvy, proactive, and skilled at building long-term customer relationships.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to both the operational efficiency and revenue

growth of Yog Love.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

  • Manage daily operations of retreats, trainings, and online programs
  • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and vendor / client communication
  • Handle backend processes and CRM management
  • Support content planning and assist in social media coordination
  • Work closely with the founder and core team on strategic initiatives
  • Travel occasionally for retreats and events

Sales

  • Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets
  • Generate new business and manage existing customer accounts
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities
  • Conduct client negotiations and successfully close deals
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships
  • Key Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales and / or operations roles
  • Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets (quota-carrying
  • experience preferred)

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions and take initiative
  • Creative mindset with a passion for wellness and yoga
  • Must be based in Mumbai (with flexibility to travel for events / retreats)
  • Prior social media management experience is a plus

  • Salary : ₹3,00,000 – ₹3,50,000 per annum (based on experience & skillset)
