About the Role :

Nandi Associates is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer

to oversee and manage day-to-day operations at our civil construction sites. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. As a Site Engineer, you will coordinate with project teams, manage resources, and ensure compliance with project plans and schedules.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to maintain efficient workflows.

Oversee materials, equipment, and resources to ensure timely project completion.

Conduct site inspections, assess potential risks, and implement safety measures.

Document daily project activities, progress, and any changes in project scope.

Resolve technical issues and provide support for on-site construction teams.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in civil or infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management, and quality control standards.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
