Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Advisor located in Surat. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing travel information, and making travel arrangements. Daily tasks include customer service, planning and organizing tours, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests. The Travel Advisor will also maintain relationships with clients and vendors to ensure an exceptional travel experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Travel Arrangements and working in a Travel Agency
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Passion for travel and knowledge of international destinations
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
