Offer personalized guidance on program fit, learning formats (online / blended), and career outcomes.Conduct in-depth discussions to understand each prospect's aspirations, background, and skill gapsLead virtual info sessions or demos to showcase curriculum highlights, learning support, and outcomes.Articulate the value of academic partnerships (IITMadras, IIITBangalore, etc.) in terms of accreditation and career impact.Take ownership from initial qualified interest through pricing discussion, objections handling, closing, and onboarding.Log all interactions, insights, and next steps precisely in the CRM to maintain transparency and support data-driven improvements.Consistently meet weekly targets for enrollments, revenue, and fee collections.What We're Looking For :

Desired Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree (open to exceptional candidates with equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of consultative inside sales or advisory experience in EdTech, higherticket education, or related B2C environments.
- Exceptional spoken and written English; empathetic listening and strong rapport-building.
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue goals.
- Highly organized; capable of simultaneous pipeline tracking and follow-up management.
- Business proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM platforms.
