Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic CRE (Customer Relationship Executive) cum Event Assistant to support our event operations and client engagement activities. The ideal candidate will assist in building strong client relationships, coordinating event tasks, managing data, and ensuring smooth communication across teams and stakeholders.
This role requires someone energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about the event and exhibition industry, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Manager – Event Activations & Delegate Relations in all event-related activities and client coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, buyers & vendors
- Ensure smooth day-to-day communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support event planning, coordination, and execution, including logistics and vendor management.
- Handle data management, database updates, and report creation (Excel proficiency required).
- Coordinate with teams for sponsorship, activations, buyer engagement, and delegation programs.
- Research and explore new AI tools and digital platforms for efficient event management and communication.
- Assist in on-ground event operations during exhibitions, trade shows, and activations.
- Manage documentation, client follow-ups, and feedback collection.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, Communications, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in events, exhibitions, or customer relationship management preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (spoken and written).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, automation tools).Familiarity with event operations and vendor coordination.Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us
