CRM Developer

Key Responsibilities :

Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-impact projects on time and within budget.

Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.

Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Mentor and guide senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Drive adoption of best practices in software development, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure.

Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities.

Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.

Own technical roadmap and contribute to strategic planning and budgeting.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of hands-on experience in software development, architecture, and team leadership.

Expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, Go).

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.

Experience with CI / CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern DevOps practices.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven track record of leading large-scale projects and distributed teams.
