We're looking for a highly creative and motion graphics designer to join our team and create groundbreaking interactive and playable mobile rich media ads for our roster of Fortune 500 brands. The ideal candidate is an expert in interactive design, demonstrating a creative vision that combines graphics, motion, and UX to create memorable experiences. You'll be joining a team that values creative freedom and collaboration, leveraging new tools and technologies to bring brands to life with mobile specific opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Lead Creative Strategy : Take high-level direction from clients to design and build highly engaging mobile interactive ads, ensuring designs are not just beautiful but deeply engaging, intuitive, and effective
• Innovate and Problem-Solve : Improvise on proposals with little to no creative assets, thinking imaginatively about using the available tools to still create something eye-catching and engaging
• Mentor and Inspire : Help guide and mentor a close-knit team of designers, providing constructive feedback and elevating their skills in interactive and mobile design
• Stay Ahead of the Curve : Research and champion new mobile technologies and emerging design trends, ensuring our campaigns are always fresh and ahead of the competition
