Job description

We're looking for a PMO Analyst to work from our client's office in Pune, with a hybrid model currently requiring 2 or more days a week in the office, and flexibility for eventual work from an Infosys ODC. You'll need to be available from 1 : 00 PM to 8 : 00 PM IST to ensure overlap with UK working hours. Exact working hours will be confirmed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Governance Support : Assist in establishing and maintaining project governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Reporting & Analysis : Prepare and disseminate project status reports, dashboards, and other key metrics to stakeholders. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Resource Management Support : Aid in tracking resource allocation, utilization, and forecasting for various projects within the portfolio.
  • Risk & Issue Management : Support the identification, logging, tracking, and escalation of project risks and issues, facilitating timely resolution.
  • Documentation Management : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, change requests, and decision logs, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring all parties are informed of project progress and challenges.
  • Process Improvement : Identify areas for process improvement within the PMO function and contribute to the development and implementation of new processes or tools.
  • Time Management : Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment, ensuring deadlines are met.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a PMO Analyst role or similar project support function.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work from the client office in Pune and adjust to working hours providing overlap for UK time zones.
