Role Overview :

We are seeking a hands-on Social Media Manager to lead and execute ALLEN’s social media strategy across platforms. This role requires creativity, data-driven thinking, and a strong link between social engagement and business outcomes . You will be the driving force behind channel growth, content excellence, and community engagement .

Key Responsibilities :

• Platform Leadership
• Manage ALLEN’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Telegram.
• Ensure consistent brand voice and high-quality content across all channels.
• Content & Campaign Execution
• Plan and publish platform-specific content (posts, reels, videos, stories).
• Collaborate with design and production teams for visual storytelling .
• Growth & Engagement
• Drive follower growth, engagement rates, and community building .
• Business Impact
• Align social media activities with enrolment goals and lead generation.
• Work closely with performance marketing team to optimize campaigns.
• Education Sector Focus
• Create content that resonates with students, parents, and educators .
• Highlight academic success stories, mentorship, and future readiness .
• Analytics & Reporting
• Track KPIs : engagement, CTR, conversions.
• Share weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
