What you will be responsible for

Responsible for nurturing and growing the creative-design team's capabilities,

competencies and, deliverables at a strategic client level. Provide both technical as well

as design assistance in high-end critical projects. Collaborate with operations team in

setting-up right frameworks for an effective & high quality project delivery.

• Lead the creative journey : Define the visual direction for branding projects, ensure design choice is intentional and impactful.

• Be the Brand Custodian Maintain consistency across platforms—print, digital, video, and beyond—while working on multiple creative assets
• Inspire the Team : Mentor and energize a talented crew of designers, illustrators, and visual storytellers.
• Stay Ahead of Trends : Infuse fresh inspiration by keeping a pulse on design, culture and emerging tech.
