Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager in Tax & Regulatory Compliance, located in Bengaluru. The role involves managing and overseeing tax compliance processes, handling regulatory filings, conducting tax assessments, and ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide advisory support on tax-related matters, and manage client-specific compliance needs. Additionally, the role demands staying updated with regulations to identify opportunities for optimization and risk management.

Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of Tax Compliance, Regulatory Filings, and Tax Assessments
• Excellent knowledge of Corporate Governance, Financial Control, and Advisory Support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in handling Cross-Border Accounting
• Exceptional communication, collaboration skills, and client management expertise
• Proficient in tools and technology for tax and compliance reporting
• Background in the finance or legal sector, with a focus on compliance-related roles, is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA / CPA / CS are an advantage
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in fast-paced environments with strict deadlines
