Job Summary :

• As a Business Analysis Associate II / Project Manager in Global Sanctions Operations Transformation (GSOT) Team, you will play a key role in various projects and initiatives.
• You will participate in new product and client implementations, supporting various initiatives and business transformation functions and helping to lead innovation by developing AI / ML strategies.
• You will work on multiple projects throughout their lifecycle, including researching new projects and changes to business systems or applications and managing configuration changes or system modifications. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from Business, Product, Compliance, Operations and Technology.
• You main tasks will involve gathering project and onboarding requirements through document analysis and stakeholder calls, describing business processes and reviewing use cases and scenarios and conduction business analysis and task and workflow analysis. This role is highly visible and involves direct interaction and partnership with project stakeholders and senior leadership.
