Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly driven and visionary Regional Manager - Visual Merchandising to lead end-to-end merchandising strategy and execution across multiple geographies. This leadership role is pivotal in elevating in-store experiences, strengthening brand visibility, and driving customer engagement. The incumbent will be responsible for translating brand guidelines into high-impact visual strategies, ensuring seamless execution, and influencing consumer purchase behavior through world-class retail environments.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership : Define and drive regional visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand objectives and business goals.

Execution Excellence : Oversee large-scale implementation of merchandising programs across multiple retail locations, ensuring consistency and superior quality standards.

Innovation & Trends : Stay ahead of emerging global trends in retail design, shopper psychology, and digital merchandising; introduce best practices to enhance customer experiences.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with sales, marketing, and brand teams to create integrated merchandising campaigns that maximize visibility and impact.

Performance Management : Conduct structured audits, store visits, and compliance checks to ensure adherence to VM guidelines and operational excellence.

Capability Building : Mentor and train store and field staff on VM standards, display optimization, and shopper engagement techniques.

Data-driven Insights : Leverage analytics, customer feedback, and market intelligence to continuously refine merchandising strategies and measure ROI.

Qualifications & Experience :

Experience : 4-6 years of proven leadership experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or brand environments (consumer goods, luxury, lifestyle, or electronics preferred).

Expertise : Strong understanding of store layout design, product display optimization, and shopper behavior.

Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead multi-location teams, manage vendors, and drive large-scale execution projects.

Business Acumen : Adept at translating brand identity into compelling retail experiences that influence purchase decisions.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and VM design tools; strong presentation and analytical capabilities.

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.
