Job descriptionStrategy and Policy : Define and refine policies that promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion across international markets. Program Design & Implementation : Manage cross-functional teams to deliver international programs and initiatives that meet business objectives. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication : Foster meaningful dialogue with employees, leadership, and external partners to drive cultural understanding and alignment. Measurement & Evaluation : Develop and track metrics to measure program success and inform data-driven decision-making. Change Management & Culture Building : Promote a culture of belonging and ensure seamless integration of new ideas and perspectives. Operational & Budget Management : Oversee logistics, vendor relationships, and budget management for global events and initiatives. Continuous Learning & Innovation : Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement in program delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Foster collaboration between teams to achieve business objectives and drive organizational success. Proven experience leading global or regional programs with multiple geographies. Strong ability to align regional initiatives with corporate strategies. Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and driving accountability. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders. Experience promoting employee engagement through storytelling and community-building efforts. Familiarity with inclusive hiring practices and collaboration with talent acquisition teams. Ability to define, track, and report on program metrics and outcomes.
