Manager - Events (Marketing)

Job brief

We are looking for an innovative and dynamic Events Marketing Manager to support our event marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall success of our sponsored and hosted events, leveraging your marketing skills to make each event a memorable experience.

You will manage vendor relationships, oversee collateral creation, execute lead generation campaigns, and be the on-site event representative. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will ensure that our events align with our marketing goals and are delivered within budget.

This role is perfect for a creative marketer with a flair for event planning and a passion for building brand presence through events

Responsibilities

Lead and ensure the success of event preparations and executions.

Manage relationships with vendors, organizers, and attendees.

Hands-on experience of using ai tools to create banners, social media post, HTML mailers

Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing collateral.

Execute lead generation campaigns related to events using CRM tools such as Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot

Design and manage event show run- seatings,

Manage on-site event presence and communications.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a successful events plan.

Assist in the development of marketing campaign collateral.

Design promotional material for events.

Ensure smooth event execution within budget and meeting goals

Requirements and skills

6+ yrs Bachelor’s / master’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

Exceptional project management skills.

Creativity and an eye for detail.

Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience working with senior-level executives.

Willingness to travel for domestic and global events.
