Roles and Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY
Lead and manage all litigation processes initiated by the organization against clients
and vice-versa Consumer, Criminal, Civil, Section Cheque bounce, Section 9
arbitration / reconciliation, winding up petition, appeals etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Timely Filing and Handling cases u / s. of Act, Service of notice,
summons, B / w,Service of NBW through police authority.
Drafting & reply Notices.
Against cases management.
of arbitration and conciliation act for appointment of receiver for
repossession of asset in chronicle cases.
Conducting Lok adalats.
Executions.
Handling Matters filed U / s of Arbitration and Conciliation act; Initiate
arbitration.
Proceeding in non- litigated contracts.
Sending notices and reply notices, Preparation and vetting of Say / WS; Filing
cases
And handling cases of U / s (3), CRPC.
Appoint external solicitors from the empanelled list to represent IKF in court
Proceedings for the respective region.
Liaise with advocates on a regular basis facilitate provision of all required
information and review status of ongoing litigations in the zone.
Ensure compliance of processes and procedures to applicable statutory
requirements framed under legislation and enactments.
SARFAESI process and proceedings.
Suggest ways and means so that litigations are kept at minimum level and cost
effective
Risk & Cost evaluation / assessment of contracts,
Legal SPOC for Customer Negotiations
Liaison with external counsels
Responsible for maintaining Management Information System and legal reports
Risk evaluation / assessment of contracts / Legal Process
Planning and organizing legal awareness sessions
Represented the Company for all legal matters including matters relating to
labour and employee issues
Handling all legal issues for the company
